Take A Risk Tues.
Heb. 6:19
Christ: Our Anchor”In every high and stormy gale, my anchor holds within the veil”. These are the words penned by Edward Mote a Baptist minister from London as he wrote the hymn, ” My Hope is Built.” This great hymn challenges and reminds us that during the storms of life Christ is our anchor, providing safety, security, and salvation. The question is do you trust Christ as your anchor? Hopefully, you respond with a firm “yes.”. If your response is unsure, don’t worry, every believer has been there; I just don’t want you to stay there. Below, I have provided important info that can help everyone take risks to anchor their souls in Christ. When Christ is my anchor, I am: Safe. 2 These. 3:3-5 Secure. Isa. 54:17 Saved. 1 Thess. 5:9-10 My friend, Christ is the only anchor for your soul. He is able to keep you safe and save you from a life of sin, guilt, and shame. He alone holds us firmly as the storms of life try and blow you off course; Christ will keep you from being swept away. Have you made Him your anchor?
